Close, but not quite right

The sun was in Macy’s eyes while we were in the car this morning, so she asked for her sunglasses….at least they’re blocking the sun. 😉

Another day at the park

Another beautiful day means another trip to the park. This was the first time I took both kids somewhere on my own. It went surprisingly well. We were about 15 mins late to Katie’s house, but considering I got out of bed 15 mins late I was impressed. We walked to the awesome park down… Continue reading Another day at the park

Updates

Yep, I’ve finally updated our website…sorry for the delays!  I’m on day 3 of being on my own with both kiddos and so far it’s been awesome.  Macy has been very understanding that I have to split my time a little now and thankfully Steven still sleeps most of the day. St. Patty's Day

Steven had to show off his bib for St. Patty’s day (known around here as St. Douglas Day because Doug’s birthday is the same day).  Steven also tried out the swing for the first time…he likes it so far.  Macy wasn’t a fan of the swing, so I’m really hoping that it will work for… Continue reading St. Patty's Day

Art with Omie

Macy had her first art project with Omie.  Doug’s mom made her a cute shirt just for their art times.  Macy was a little unsure of the ink on her hands, but had a great time with her grandmother.
