We had a great trip to Mississippi last week. It was great to see family again, eat yummy food (Doug and I both say that we gain 5 lbs. just crossing the state line, and watch Macy soak up time with her extended family. I have to brag on her…during the entire ride too AND from mom and dad’s Macy was fussy for about 20 minutes! That’s 20 minutes of a fussy girl during 20 hours in the car!!! I’m so proud of her! I have to admit though that snacks and a protable DVD player is what saved us, but in those situations I’ll use anything I can to give us all a nice ride. :). The first picture is Macy’s snack bowl (my new favorite invention), the 2nd is her watching The Wiggles (with the sun in her eyes), and the last is a precious nap. 🙂
