Mom and I took Macy out for a little shopping on the afternoon of Black Friday (by the time all the serious had gone home). We didn’t buy anything, but had fun getting out for a little while. While we were out I discovered my favorite store cart at JC Penny’s. Macy squealed when I would go fast probably because she’s further out than when she’s in a stroller (which doesn’t happen very often anymore). It had a great purse spot and room bags underneath…I’d like one for a quick trip to the grocery store!
Mom also discovered not to teach Macy a new word when we’re trying to get somewhere before dark. Mom told Macy that the ground was “rough” as she was trying to distract her from picking up every leaf that we passed. The next thing mom knew, Macy was taking mom everywhere to touch things that were rough. It was hillarious! I thought I was going to just have to go get the car and pick them up. Lesson learned. 😉
