Doug showed me how to post on our site so I can keep everyone updated on our lives with Macy.  The past three weeks (I can’t believe it’s already been 3 weeks!) have been a wonderful blur.  Mom was here for two weeks before and two weeks after Macy was born.  She was a great encouragement and help and Macy loved the time she was able to spend with her “Grams”. 🙂  Since Mom has been gone everything has been going pretty smooth.  Macy was very hungry on Monday and would rather sleep than eat (that was a first) so she was cranky, but luckily Doug worked from home most of the day so I had reinforcements.  The past two days have been very smooth.  I think Macy is starting to form some patterns (although as soon as I think I know what to expect I know she’ll change it up on me :).
