First Pimento Cheese Sandwich

Desperate grocery times (aka the first week of school) call for desperate lunch measures. I went into the kitchen today to make Macys lunch and discovered we were completely out of milk and meat….but we did have pimento cheese (that counts as a dairy). So Macy had her first pimento cheese sandwich today…actually it was her first sandwich of any kind. She went after it strong at first, but is slowing down half way through. It’s good to know that I have a new lunch option. 🙂
