We have had so many yummy desserts come into our house in the last week and a half that I’ve been on my challenge and I haven’t been tempted by any…until last night. My neighbor Jessie had gone to the grocery store and bought me the cutest little carton of Ben & Jerry’s that I’d ever seen. I put it in the freezer and was fine…for about a minute. Then I heard Ben and Jerry calling me from the freezer…yelling actually. I caved. It was probably the most delicious 3.6oz of ice cream I’ve ever eaten…the perfect amount of meltedness (an official ice cream term) and even came with a teeny tiny spoon in the top! Yummy perfection!!
I had my fun last night, but I’m back in the saddle today continuing to my birthday goal! 😉
