Doug’s dad has a big birthday this weekend so Macy and I spent today getting ready for the celebration. While I baked a pecan pie as a birthday treat, Macy kept herself busy by “rearranging” the toys in her toybox. (She was very proud of herself). Then I thought Macy should put some of her artistic genes to work and color her first picture for PopPop. She did a good job for her first try. I think PopPop will be impressed. :). We’re going over to Omie and PopPop’s house tonight for dinner and then going out to eat with the entire family tomorrow to celebrate, so there will be more pictures coming.
