I’m not one of those people who can stay home everyday (even though I’m getting to be a “stay at home” mom right now), so we’ve been venturing out somewhere almost everyday.
We had a great playdate on Thursday in Katie’s backyard. There were 5 two year olds, a 22 month old (Macy), a 8 month old, a 9 month old, and a 2 month old (Steven). The moms had a great time talking and the kids had a great time playing. Any time Macy looks like this in her carseat after a playdate I know she had a good time. 🙂
Another outing this week was to Target (my favorite place to shop). The hardest part about shopping with a toddler and an infant isn’t the kids, it’s where to put the things you need to buy! Obviously if I need to get more than 5 items I’ll have to leave someone at home with Doug, but it’s fun to get out for a few little things. Macy’s still crunching on her “O’s”. 😉
