I finally got around to repainting my toenails last week (it’s been a while…a LONG while).  My pretty toes were the first thing my girly girl noticed when she got up from her nap.  She came over and asked if I had colored my toes (she’s big into coloring these days).  I told her that I had painted them and asked if she wanted me to paint her toes too.  Macy isn’t a big fan of “different” things (she’s the only child in preschool that her teachers don’t put on gloves to change her diaper because the gloves completely freak her out), so I was shocked when she said yes.  I was even more shocked when she let me paint all 10 of her toenails without a peep!  Thankfully 2 year old toenails are tiny, so it was really fast. 🙂  She was so excited about her pretty toes and mommy was so excited to share this sweet girly moment with my daughter!

After I painted Macy’s toenails, she wanted to color mine…I figured it was only fair. 😉

Mommy toes and Macy toes…
