Fall Party

Thursday was Fall Party day at our preschool.  The kids dressed up in their costumes, we had a parade, everyone had a pumpkin, and there was LOTS of food.  It was an exciting (and exhausting) day!
The younger kids were in the front…check out the little bag of popcorn (how cute is that?!)!

Here’s Macy on the parade.  I didn’t realize that she had Cliff the goat with her! ( This goat belongs to the church…he was part of a past VBS…and Macy LOVES Cliff.  He is her security for at least the first half hour of school.  Thankfully, she is fine with putting Cliff “night night” back on his shelf before we leave.  It’s VERY appropriate that Cliff made it to the parade. :))  Oh!  And the leaf made it too!  Hahahaha!  She had to have that leaf in the car.  I think we have a future hoarder on our hands!!

Okay, I’m moving past  Macy and her school security “blankets”…Steven was moving a little too fast for Doug to get his picture (he was in pumpkin jammies…with nothing in his hands ;)).  The next pictures are more for my memory than anything else.  This is Macy’s first pumpkin that she painted…

This is her first treat bag that she helped decorate…

This is a very cute idea that one of the moms did for Steven’s class.  It was a circle of orange fabric, florist tape, and floral wire.  There was a pack of m&m’s (to keep it flat) and some other candy inside.  Now, hopefully, I’ll remember that it’s here when I need a cute Halloween party favor idea!

Two VERY sleepy kids (one sleepy mom) and a table full of goodies after a fun filled morning!
