Surprise!

Ever since I was little, I have always loved to get the mail. Usually I’m greeted with bills and junk mail with the occasional sale circular, but yesterday I got a box of goodies! Free samples that I had completely forgotten that I signed up for! I love happy mailbox surprises. 🙂

My mom went to Target with a list and some of my coupons in hand. She came home with some good deals and a freebie! Macy was zoned into Elmo, mom was gone to pick up Steven from Ruth’s house, and Doug and I were able to have a real conversation for the first time in a long time…unfortunately I can’t multitask these days so the grilled cheese sandwich that I was making for Macy took one for the team.
