Mom and Dad warned me that snow was on the way, but I didn’t think that we would get as much as we did. I think SC has had snow and ice once each since I moved here in 2001…that is until the past 3 weeks. We had ice the first weekend I was home from the hospital and we had snow last weekend! Not being a fan of cold weather, I’m VERY ready for spring this year!
Macy had fun in the snow though. Unfortunately we live on a hill, so there wasn’t a good spot in the front yard that she could really explore the snow and play (without me worrying that she would just slide all the way down to the street!). Hopefully by the time we have our next real snow she’ll be old enough to really enjoy it.
She was a little unsure at first.
But she learned to love it pretty fast (Doug is a fan of snow and winter sports, so he was thrilled).

The back yard…you can see Montana over to the right next to the dog house…he was so happy (Harley wasn’t as much).
