My dad, brother, and sis-in-law came over for the birthday weekend (which I don’t have any pictures of yet bc Brad was the photographer for the weekend…which I’m VERY thankful for. I’ll post some when I get them from him). Brad and Dad helped Doug on phase 2 of the new deck (Doug has lots of reasons why he loves Dad and Brad…especially after spending the day in 100 degree weather building a deck). Steph stayed inside to hang out with the girls…and Steven. 😉
Aunt Steph introduced us to Tangled (Macy’s 1st Disney movie) and used it to get lots of snuggle time with both kids. Macy and Steven obviously loved hanging out with Aunt Steph because they never sit still as long as they did with her!! Macy even wanted Aunt Steph to read her a book and put her in bed last night!!!
I have always loved Steph, but I have to admit that I love her even more after she was willing to give me a couch pedicure. That was the most relaxed I’ve been in my 8 weeks on the couch! It was sooo nice!!!
We are very thankful that they were able to make the flight over to hang out for a couple days!!
I look very serious! It must have been a sad part of the movie!! 🙂
I’m glad I could bring a little relaxation to the Adams 🙂 I just wish I could come take a turn more often! If only I were a teacher with Summers off!! Hmm… it would almost be worth it to change professions 😉
