Macy (and mommy) started preschool on Wednesday.

I had great intentions of getting a cute smiley picture of Macy before we left for school, but when your mom is a teacher and it’s her first day of school as well some things don’t work out according to plan…so we got some last minute hurried shots in the parking lot (maybe next year!)
Steven’s first day of preschool was Thursday (so they each got their own 1st day!). Steven was all smiles…as usual.
Our first week of preschool was a huge success. Macy LOVES it! She was incredibly hyper after the first day and sang an “I love school” song all the way home. By the end of the day on Thursday she was exhausted from 2 days of waking up early and being so busy, so she took good 3 hour naps on Thursday and Friday…mommy could get used to this! 😉

i’m with lori K – the backpack is fab!! we don’t get cute backpacks with wes. we get stinky ole BOY backpacks! ha!
and steven is so adorable! he has changed completely since the last time i saw him. *sniff sinff* he’s growing up already!
