Steven has been staying awake for about 10 mins after his feedings tonight so he’s been hanging out on the nippy while mom pumps. I think the rhythmic sound of the pump puts him to sleep, but it’s nice to see his eyes for a few minutes. 🙂

Steven has officially been home for 10 hours and I think he’s decided to stay. 😉 It was almost bittersweet to leave the NICU. After sharing so many intense emotions with people and forming relationships over the past 5 weeks it was a little sad to say goodbye. After all of the cold weather, snow, and ice this winter, I’m VERY ready for spring! I was thrilled to see that some of the bulbs mom gave me are blooming. This is my olive branch that winter is coming to an end and spring will be here soon. 🙂
