TLC is one of my guilty pleasures…some people take bubble baths, some go to the spa…I watch TLC.  We have a very basic plan with our satellite (they’re practically paying us for our service) which doesn’t include TLC, so it’s been a year since I’ve been able to watch it!  TLC for 3 weeks…ahhhhhh. 😉

Macy and I met our friends Donna and Clint and their little Eli at the splash park today. It was a lot of fun. I forgot my camera (but I probably wouldn’t have stayed dry enough to take pictures anyway). Here is Macy running toward the slide that she was scared of. 😉

Today was the first day of hangar construction.  If they get this done in one day, I’m expecting big results by Friday!

Macy has had fun playing in the sprinkler at Grams and Oppie’s house. Macy isn’t a fan of water splashing up in her face, so we had a little sprinkler. Perfect for filling cups! One of the projects mom and I have been working on is finding rugs for their house.  We’ve been looking for a foyer, dining room, and office rug…and we’ve almost exhausted our possibilities (and ourselves).  Thankfully my faithful Target pulled through with a foyer rug! One down…two to go! 😉

Yes, I know I just skipped several letters, but after a late night last night getting in from Meridian and a VERY cranky 2 year old today, I’m done.  I promise I will make up for it tomorrow! 😉

Doug is flying to Portland tomorrow to begin training for a side job opportunity.  His flight leaves Charlotte at 7:45am and he will be in Portland for a week.  Please pray for his journey to be safe and stress free and that he will have a great week of training.
